What Does Strawberry Ice Taste Like?
The Strawberry Ice MaryLiq formula at 0mg, heated by the QUAQ mesh coil:
-
Inhale: Vivid, ripe strawberry opens — sweet and candy-bright from the first draw.
-
Mid-note: Strawberry deepens through the mid-draw — warmer and fuller.
-
Exhale: A cold, clean icy blast simultaneously refreshes the strawberry — crisp and long-lasting on the breath.
-
Sensation: The most classic and universally popular profile in the range. Clean, simple, vivid. The familiar sweetness of candy strawberry paired with a precise icy close.
For iced profiles at zero nicotine, the icy blast provides the primary physical sensation on the exhale — the throat sensation that nicotine would otherwise deliver. In Strawberry Ice at 0mg, the strawberry delivers the flavour, and the ice delivers the physical exhale sensation. The QUAQ mesh coil heats the MaryLiq Strawberry Ice formula evenly across both mesh elements — designed to help deliver consistent Strawberry Ice flavour from the first properly primed draw to the final puff of the pack. Zero Nicotine — Why Choose Strawberry Ice at 0mg?
Strawberry Ice is often the first zero nicotine flavour chosen by vapers stepping down from nicotine — the familiar, universally recognisable sweetness paired with a clean icy close makes it the natural starting point. The MaryLiq Strawberry Ice formula is identical to the nicotine version at 0mg.
Zero nicotine vapers reaching 0mg after a step-down — the most common buyer of this product — can continue using the same Lost Mary BM6000 system with the same flavours, with no nicotine. The flavour is the primary experience. Browse standard Lost Mary BM6000 pods if you need a nicotine-containing version.
QUAQ Mesh Coil + 6,000 Puffs
Every Lost Mary BM6000 Zero Nicotine pod contains a QUAQ mesh coil — Lost Mary's proprietary mesh coil technology — built directly into the 2ml pod. QUAQ uses a dual atomiser mesh design to heat e-liquid across a wider, more evenly distributed surface than a standard single-wire coil. This is designed to support faster vapourisation, more even heating, and consistent flavour throughout the pod's lifespan.
Each pack delivers approximately 6,000 puffs (usage dependent) from the combined 12ml of MaryLiq Strawberry Ice formula at 0mg . A fresh QUAQ mesh coil comes with every replacement pack. Without nicotine to signal satisfaction, flavour quality is the primary replacement cue — when Strawberry Ice flavour becomes muted or vapour production drops, replace the pack. Browse the Lost Mary BM6000 Zero Nicotine Kit if you need the device.
Assembly — Including the Flip and Shake
The Lost Mary BM6000 assembly is different from most pod systems — the 2ml pod is already installed inside the device. You insert the 10ml Strawberry Ice refill container into the device, not into the pod externally.
- Remove the user manual sticker from the device.
- Remove the silicone bung from the device.
- Push the Strawberry Ice 10ml refill container into the device until you hear a firm click.
- Flip the device upside down and shake it several times — this is not optional. The MaryLiq Strawberry Ice e-liquid needs to move from the container into the 2ml pod by gravity, saturating the QUAQ mesh coil before your first draw. Skipping this step causes dry hits.
- Allow a few moments for the QUAQ coil to fully saturate, then inhale to vape.

FAQs
What does Strawberry Ice Lost Mary BM6000 Zero Nicotine taste like?
The most classic profile in the range — vivid candy strawberry with a precise clean icy blast on the exhale. Simple, vivid, universally popular. The ice provides the primary physical exhale sensation in the zero nicotine format. The QUAQ mesh coil heats the MaryLiq Strawberry Ice formula evenly — designed to help deliver consistent Strawberry Ice flavour throughout the ~6,000-puff pack (usage dependent).
Does the Strawberry Ice pod contain any nicotine?
No. The Strawberry Ice Lost Mary BM6000 Zero Nicotine pod contains 0mg of nicotine — completely nicotine-free. The MaryLiq Strawberry Ice formula uses the same flavour recipe as the nicotine versions but with no nicotine compound added. This pack provides pure Strawberry Ice flavour with zero nicotine.
How many puffs does the Strawberry Ice pod give?
Approximately 6,000 puffs from the 12ml pack — 2ml in the prefilled pod and 10ml in the refill container. Replace when Strawberry Ice flavour fades noticeably or vapour production drops. Without nicotine to signal satisfaction, flavour quality is the primary replacement cue — when Strawberry Ice tastes muted, replace the pack.
How do I install and prime the Strawberry Ice pod?
Remove the user manual sticker and silicone bung. Push the Strawberry Ice 10ml refill container into the device until it clicks. Flip the device upside down and shake it several times — this allows the MaryLiq Strawberry Ice e-liquid to move from the container into the pod and saturate the QUAQ mesh coil. Allow a few moments for saturation, then inhale. Do not skip the flip-and-shake step.
Is Strawberry Ice in the zero nicotine range the same as the nicotine version?
Yes. The Strawberry Ice MaryLiq formula is identical across the zero nicotine and nicotine versions — same flavour recipe, same QUAQ mesh coil, same production quality. The only change is the absence of nicotine. If you vape Strawberry Ice at 10mg or 20mg and are stepping down to 0mg, many vapers find the taste very close to the nicotine version.
Is the Strawberry Ice Lost Mary BM6000 Zero Nicotine pod suitable for non-smokers?
No. Zero nicotine pods are designed for existing vapers reducing or eliminating nicotine from their routine — not for people who have never smoked or vaped. While the Strawberry Ice pod contains no nicotine, vaping involves inhaling vapourised e-liquid and is not recommended for non-users.
