What is glo?
glo is a heated tobacco brand from British American Tobacco (BAT). Rather than burning tobacco, the glo heated tobacco device heats glo NEO sticks to release real tobacco flavour without smoke or ash, offering a convenient alternative to smoking. Its range of tobacco sticks combines distinctive tobacco blends with a wide choice of flavours, including click capsules that release an extra burst of flavour when crushed.
Are glo cigarettes the same as smoking?
No. glo tobacco sticks don't burn, so there's no smoke, ash or tobacco smell. Instead, the glo electronic cigarette heats real tobacco to release a nicotine vapour. While this is similar to vaping, glo uses real tobacco sticks, whereas vapes heat e-liquid.
Do glo sticks contain tobacco and nicotine?
Yes. glo sticks contain real processed tobacco leaf and produce a nicotine vapour when heated. Nicotine strength sits at 0.5mg per stick across the current glo tobacco range, which is roughly comparable to the nicotine content of a traditional cigarette. Always check individual product pages, as strength can vary by flavour.
Explore the glo heated tobacco sticks range
Vapourcore stocks four styles of glo NEO Demi sticks, all made for the glo Hyper X2 device:
- Click sticks hold a fruit capsule in the filter and break for extra flavour. They’re available in Tropic, Vanilla, Melon, Watermelon, Fruit and Berry.
- Boost sticks (Ruby Boost) pack a stronger fruit hit and are designed for the device's boost mode.
- Elbrus sticks blend a floral tobacco base with a cherry filter capsule.
- Tobacco sticks offer a straight tobacco taste, with no capsule needed.
Which sticks are compatible with glo devices?
Every glo stick sold at Vapourcore is NEO Demi format, which is only compatible with the glo Hyper X2, our only glo device. This covers all Click, Boost, Elbrus and Tobacco flavours. We don't currently stock other glo devices or veo sticks, so if you own an older glo model, check compatibility before ordering.
