VAPOURCORE WARRANTY & RETURNS INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the consumable nature of these products, including disposable vapes, there may be a limited warranty that will only cover manufacturing faults.
LIMITED WARRANTY: DISPOSABLE VAPES AND PRE-FILLED PODS
Unfortunately we do not provide a warranty on these items for hygiene and health and safety reasons. This is unless we determine that the item received is incorrect or if there are any other extenuating circumstances like a manufacturing fault. Due to hygiene reasons, there is no need to return the faulty item unless we request it. If you believe the item is faulty on arrival, then please email us the following details within 7 days of receipt of the items.
- A picture of the faulty item.
- A picture of the barcode which can be found on the small box the item came in to confirm it is from our batch.
- A copy of your original invoice (with order number) indicating the brand and the flavour of the faulty item.

When these 3 items are supplied within 7 days of receipt of your goods, we will credit your account with loyalty points to the value of the faulty item.
If you cannot supply the 3 items above, our customer service team may not be able to credit you the full amount, but may agree (at their discretion) a partial credit which will be for the item minus any postage you may have paid.
Scratches and discolouration from regular use is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM OR CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that we cannot reimburse any postage fees you may incur for returning an item on which you have changed your mind.
Once orders are placed and payment has been taken, we cannot interject or cancel your order as it is already in the system to be shipped. Once your order has been received contact customer care to authorise a return and refund.
Opened disposables, e-liquids or pods cannot be returned.
The quickest and easiest way to receive new items before your desired item sells out is to re-purchase them online and return the unused items for a credit. This way you will receive the correct items quickly and your credit will be processed once the items are back with us. Please return the unused items with a completed returns form.
Before making a return please contact us for a returns form. You can do this by emailing us at email@example.com or by writing to us at Vapourcore Online Ltd, Unit 29, Orbital 25 Business Park, Tolpits Lane, Watford, WD18 9DA. Once discussed, and a return agreed, we will email you a returns form - please complete with your full contact details, order number and billing address and enclose it with the goods you are returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. If you are shipping an item over £80, we strongly advise using a next day trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. For all returns we recommend you use at least a signed for service. We can’t refund your order if we don’t receive your returned item. Please enclose your full details, order number and billing address. Without these details we cannot provide a credit.
Once your return is received and inspected and assuming everything is in order, we will credit the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid. Please allow a few days for the credit to be received back into your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a credit within a week of returning your items, please contact us first to check they have been received back. If they have and we've processed your refund, please contact your card issuing bank or company but please bear in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially received back into your account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded/ returned, unfortunately sale & clearance items cannot be refunded or returned.
FAULTY RETURNS PROCEDURE
Before making a return please contact us for a returns form. You can do this by emailing us at email@example.com or by writing to us at Vapourcore Online Ltd, Unit 29, Orbital 25 Business Park, Tolpits Lane, Watford, WD18 9DA. Once discussed, and a return agreed, we will email you a returns form, please complete with your full details and order number and enclose it with the goods you are returning. We recommend you use a signed for service to ensure the goods are received back safely. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once item is confirmed as faulty we will either send out a replacement item or issue a full refund. We will also reimburse the return postage costs.
Please note: your item will be checked for faults - this can take up to three working days from when the item is received back to us. If your item is not found to be faulty, we will refund a maximum of 50% of your order value before shipping costs. Any returned items found not to be faulty that are still wanted by you will be returned to you with your next order from Vapourcore - if required sooner, we may charge you a postage fee to return the non-faulty item to you.
If your order arrives back to us for whatever reason including if you have entered the wrong delivery address, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will normally credit the full order value to you, minus any shipping fees paid and a handling and packaging charge of £5.
