Are IQOS Heets the same as a vapes? ‍

No, an IQOS device and a vape are very different. Vapes or e-cigarettes create a vapour from a liquid containing nicotine whilst IQOS is a heated tobacco device which creates a vapour from gently heating a HEETS tobacco stick, containing real tobacco. Both are different from regular smoking as they don't burn tobacco so there is no tar or ash.

How do I clean an IQOS device? ‍

Once a day, remove the cap from the holder and insert the supplied brush and give it a twist. If there is any tobacco stuck in there, rotate the device and give it a gentle tap. After every 20th time, do a deep clean, using the cleaning sticks provided.
