We offer a rewards scheme called Core Loyalty Points. Read on for answers to the most frequently asked questions:
How do I earn Core Loyalty Points?
- You’ll earn 2 Points for every £1 you spend
- Each point is worth 1p. This means you get 2% back in points on every order!
- You need 400 Points to start spending - and you can redeem in multiples of 100 Points (equivalent to £1). You can spend Points on any vaping products or nicotine replacement products. Due to legal restrictions, we unfortunately cannot offer Points discounts on heated tobacco products (such as IQOS or PLOOM brand products).
- You’ll receive bonus Points for creating an account, on your birthday, and whenever we run Points promotions (sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of this page to find out when promotions are upcoming!)
- The Points on active customer accounts do not expire. You must complete at least one online order every 90 days to maintain an active account and retain your accumulated Points.
How do I check how many Core Loyalty Points I have?
- Make sure you’re signed in, and then click on the Rewards bubble in the bottom left of the page - it looks like a black bubble with a shopping bag icon.
- At the top, it says “Your Points:” and then your Points balance is displayed.
- You can click on “Your Activity” to see the points you’ve earned and spent.
How do I spend my Core Loyalty Points?
- Make sure you’re signed in, and then click on the Rewards bubble in the bottom left of the page - it looks like a black bubble with a shopping bag icon.
- Click on “Ways To Redeem”.
- Provided you have at least 400 Points, you can click on the View button next to “Order Discount”.
- Use the slider to select how many Points you would like to redeem, in increments of 100 Points (£1). For example, if you have 400 Points, you could redeem 100, 200, 300 or 400 Points.
- Once you’ve pressed Redeem, you’ll be shown a discount code for that value. Click “Apply” to automatically apply this at checkout, or copy the code to enter it yourself.
- Not using your code right away? No problem. Simply click the Rewards bubble and click Your Rewards at the top to view your voucher codes.
How do I get Core Loyalty Points on my birthday?
- Make sure you’re signed in, and then click on the Rewards bubble in the bottom left of the page - it looks like a black bubble with a shopping bag icon.
- Click on “Ways To Earn”, and then “Edit Date”.
- Enter your birthday. You’ll only receive birthday points this year if your birthday is at least one month away - otherwise, you’ll have to wait until next year. Sorry!
- On your birthday, you’ll be credited with 100 Points.
How do Referrals work?
- Make sure you’re signed in, and then click on the Rewards bubble in the bottom left of the page - it looks like a black bubble with a shopping bag icon.
- Scroll down to the "Refer" section on the panel, copy your link and share it with your friends and family, or on social media pages.
- When somebody follows your link they'll be asked to enter their email address in order to receive their voucher code. They'll be given a code that will give them £2 off, valid on orders over £20.
- When they place an order - even if they don't use their code - you'll also be sent an email with a £2 voucher.
- You can refer as many friends as you want!
Why can’t I spend my Core Loyalty Points?
If you are having trouble spending your points, please check the following:
- You must have a balance of at least 400 Points in order to spend your Points. See the “How do I check how many points I have?” section above for instructions on checking your balance.
- Points can only be spent on vaping products and nicotine replacement products. These include disposable vapes, vape kits, e-liquid, vape pods and nicotine pouches. Heated tobacco products (such as IQOS and PLOOM brand items) cannot be purchased with points, due to legal restrictions.
- Points cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes. However, Points can be used alongside automatic discounts that don't need a code - such as our "3 for £10" promotions.
