Vapourcore Warranty & Returns information
Batteries, chargers, wall plug adaptors and variable voltage and regulated mods
These are all supplied with a 30 day guarantee and a life expectancy of 3-6 months. (Excluding Dot Mod which has an extended warranty contact customer care for details) This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers repairs or replacements if the product is deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If we believe the customer has damaged the product in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.
We supply a 30 days manufacturer’s guarantee with all mechanical mods. Please note that mechanical mods are for experienced users only. Vapourcore accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by the incorrect assembly of any mechanical mod. Incorrect building of mechanical mods can cause personal injury and / or damage to your equipment. As such Vapourcore can accept no responsibility for the damage or potential injury caused.
E-liquids and drip tips
Unfortunately we do not provide a warranty on these items for hygiene and health and safety reasons. This is unless we determine that the item received is incorrect or if there are any other extenuating circumstances.
These are supplied with a 'dead on arrival' warranty. The customer must contact Vapourcore within 24 hours of receiving their order for the warranty to be applicable. Contacting us after this period will mean that we cannot offer a refund or return. Please note that this also applies to multi-buys.
All vaping accessories are supplied with a full 28 days manufacturer’s guarantee.
Scratches and discolouration from regular use is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
Change of mind returns refunds
Our returns refund policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Opened e-liquids, drip tips, opened coils, and atomisers which have been filled with liquid cannot be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any product otherwise working but with obvious signs of use or wear and tear. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that reaches us more than 30 days after delivery.
The quickest and easiest way to receive new items before your desired item sells out is to re-purchase them online and return the unused items for a refund. This way you will receive the correct items quickly and your refund will be processed once the items are back with us. Please return the unused items with a completed returns form.
Before making a return please contact us for a returns form. You can do this by telephoning the Customer care team on 0333 305 2822 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to us at 161 – 162 Dukes Road, Park Royal, London, W3 0SL. Once discussed, and a return agreed, we will email you a returns form - please complete with your full contact details, order number and billing address and enclose it with the goods you are returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over £80, we strongly advise using a next day trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. For all returns we recommend you use at least a signed for service. We can’t refund your order if we don’t receive your returned item. Please enclose your full details, order number and billing address. Without these details we cannot provide a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected and assuming everything is in order, we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid, back to the payment method originally used. Please allow a few days for the funds to be received back into your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within a week of returning your items, please contact us first to check they have been received back. If they have and we've processed your refund, please contact your card issuing bank or company but please bear in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially received back into your account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale or clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Faulty Returns procedure
Before making a return please contact us for a returns form. You can do this by telephoning customer care team on 0333 305 2822 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to us at 161 – 162 Dukes Road, Park Royal, London, W3 0SL. Once discussed, and a return agreed, we will email you a returns form, please complete with your full details and order number and enclose it with the goods you are returning. We recommend you use a signed for service to ensure the goods are received back safely. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once item is confirmed as faulty we will either send out a replacement item or issue a full refund. We will also reimburse the return postage costs.
Please note: your item will be checked for faults - this can take up to three working days from when the item is received back to us. If your item is not found to be faulty, we will refund a maximum of 50% of your order value before shipping costs.
