Each can holds 20 slim pouches that sit discreetly under the upper lip, with no smoke and no vapour. It's Fresh Mint comes in three strengths — 8.5mg, 12mg and 20mg — and this listing is the 12mg option, which NRT Labs label as code 3 (Strong). The number is a strength tier, not a flavour code: 2 is the 8.5mg (Medium), 3 is the 12mg (Strong) and 5 is the 20mg (Super Strength, as labelled by NRT Labs). So It's Fresh Mint 2 is the 8.5mg, It's Fresh Mint 3 is the 12mg and It's Fresh Mint 5 is the 20mg, and every flavour comes in all three.

It is the 12mg option (code 3, Strong), a middle strength for adults who want a clear, everyday nicotine level. The strength you choose changes the nicotine per pouch; the flavour profile of It's Fresh Mint is intended to be similar across the three strengths, though perception can vary.

Which Strength of It's Fresh Mint Should I Choose?

If you want a clear everyday strength, the 12mg (code 3) sits in the middle of the range. Moving up a strength later is easier than moving down, so if you are unsure it is sensible to begin lower. As a guide, the 8.5mg suits adults who are newer to pouches or want a milder level, the 12mg suits a clear everyday level, and the 20mg is for experienced users who want the highest of the three.

Triple-Distilled Nicotine

NRT Labs describe the nicotine in It's pouches as triple-distilled, meaning it goes through extra purification steps that are designed to feel cleaner and smoother under the lip. Some users notice this more at the higher 20mg strength. It's keeps the range simple and focused rather than spreading across a large line-up, with the same tobacco-free, all-white format across every flavour and strength.

How to Use It's Fresh Mint Pouches

Place one It's Fresh Mint pouch between your upper lip and gum and leave it in place rather than chewing it. Saliva activates it, releasing nicotine and flavour gradually. A mild tingle or warming feeling under the lip is normal, particularly on the stronger pouches, and usually settles after the first few uses. Many people keep a pouch in for around 20 to 45 minutes, though this varies from person to person, so remove it when the flavour fades or when you have had enough and dispose of it responsibly. Use one at a time and do not swallow the pouch.

Specifications

Flavour

Fresh Mint

Brand

It's (NRT Labs)

Nicotine strength

12mg per pouch

Strength code

3 (Strong)

Format

Slim, all-white

Type

Tobacco-free

Pouches per can

20

Character

Cooling

Tobacco

None

Buying It's Fresh Mint

Nicotine pouches are a regular purchase, so the per-can price matters.
