By simply adding a nicotine shot to any 0mg e-liquid, it will convert it into a nicotine containing varied VG mixed e-liquid. Mixing a 10ml shot into a 50ml 0mg shortfill will produce a 60ml e-liquid with a nicotine strength of 3mg.
