Delivery Information, Tracking Your Parcel & Custom Charges
Once your order has been despatched and you have selected Tracked + Signed your order confirmation email will show your tracking number being used to deliver your parcel.
Please use these links:
* Please allow 10 working days for standard or tracked delivery and 72 hours for next day before contacting us for non delivery. For international orders, please wait 14 working days before contacting us for non delivery. In the event of an order not received during this time period, please contact us at [email protected] stating your full name and order number. For missing orders, we can make a claim with the courier.
This can take up to 30 days to complete for domestic shipments, and up to 90 days to complete for international shipments. After this time period has passed, we can then refund or re-send the missing order. We regret that we cannot refund orders before the courier has completed their full investigation as the item may still arrive to you.
Vapourcore is not liable for any customs charges or fees charged to the buyer in other countries outside the UK including all of the EU from 1st Jan 2021. Some items that we sell may be controlled under customs regulations in your country. We will ship most of our products to most countries, however, it may be that by receiving some of our products you are acting in conflict with your local laws. We are not responsible for any orders that are seized or delayed by customs in your country. All products we sell are legal to be shipped from the UK. We would strongly advise all Vapourcore customers to check the legality of purchasing our products into their country to avoid disappointment or delay. Vapourcore is not liable for the value of goods destroyed or delayed by customs regardless of reason. Orders delivered to some international countries must be signed for by an adult over 18. Please check your local laws before ordering.
Please note: orders received after 12pm may be processed on the next working day. We will always endeavour to despatch your order as soon as possible, however despatch date and time may vary depending on the destination country and courier service used. Undelivered Orders
If your order arrives back to us for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will normally refund the full order or value to you, minus any shipping costs and a handling and packaging fee of £5. If you wish to have your order re-delivered, we will have to charge a re-shipping fee.
If your order is returned to us more than once as undelivered, the order will be refunded minus all the handling fees and shipping costs incurred. We reserve the right to charge our handling fees associated to undelivered orders.
