Delivery & Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email which will show your tracking number if applicable and the courier service being used to deliver your order. Please follow the below links to track your order with the relevant courier:

* Please allow 10 working days for standard or tracked delivery and 72 hours for next day before contacting us for non delivery. For international orders, please wait 14 working days before contacting us for non delivery. In the event of an order not received during this time period, please contact us at stating your full name and order number. For missing orders, we can make a claim with the courier. This can take up to 30 days to complete for domestic shipments, and up to 90 days to complete for international shipments. After this time period has passed, we can then refund or re-send the missing order. We regret that we cannot refund orders before the courier has completed their full investigation as the item may still arrive to you. Vapourcore is not liable for any customs charges or fees charged to the buyer in other countries. Some items that we sell may be controlled under customs regulations in your country. We will ship most of our products to most countries, however, it may be that by receiving some of our products you are acting in conflict with your local laws. We are not responsible for any orders that are seized or delayed by customs in your country. All products we sell are legal to be shipped from the UK. We would strongly advise all Vapourcore customers to check the legality of purchasing our products into their country to avoid disappointment or delay. Vapourcore is not liable for the value of goods destroyed or delayed by customs regardless of reason. Orders delivered to some international countries must be signed for by an adult over 18. Please check your local laws before ordering.

Please note: orders received after 1pm may be processed on the next working day. We will always endeavour to despatch your order as soon as possible, however despatch date and time may vary depending on the destination country and courier service used. First Time Orders

Please allow an extra day for the delivery of your first order. This is due to our secure and stringent age verification process. However, once your age has been verified, you won't need to be verified again for your future Vapourcore orders. For more information on our age verification system, please read our Terms and Conditions.

Undelivered Orders

If your order arrives back to us for whatever reason, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will normally refund the full order value to you, minus any shipping fees paid and a handling and packaging charge of £5. If you wish to have your order re-delivered instead, we may charge you a re-shipping fee. 

If your order is returned to us more than once as undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will be refunded minus our shipping costs incurred. We reserve the right to charge a handling and packaging charge of up to £5.
